Frank has been dancing since childhood. Dancing has always helped him deal with and share his emotions. After winning a 3-year scholarship at the Ibuka Dance foundation school in Arusha, he went on to set up his own school ‘Arusha Dance’ in 2018 where he provides community dance classes to youth and creates dance productions. They have performed at the Alliance francaise and Afrika Moves Dance festival in Arusha, at Time 2 Dance, Haba na Haba festival and Nafasi Art Space in Dar es Salaam and at Tasuba Art college in Bagamoyo.
Frank was also solicited to teach dance in Burundi with the Parla Dance group and to teach dance to children with disabilities in Zambia. In 2022, Frank was selected for a 2-year training in dramaturgy and choreography by Moise Toure and Francis Viet at the Muda Africa dance centre, where he is currently preparing a new dance production to be premiered at the Time 2 dance festival in September 2023.
