Ishimwe Jules, a.k.a Afrogod, is a Rwandan dance artist. He is the founder and choreographer of Kigali Dance Passionate (KDP), a dance company he created in 2018 with the aim of developing and teaching dance in Rwanda.

Jules started dancing afrohouse, afrodance, urban dance professionally since 2016. He attended contemporary dance workshops of the Amizero Kompagnie directed by Wesley Ruzibiza and in 2019 he was selected as a competitor in East Africa’s Got Talent in Nairobi, Kenya.

He was also part of an event organized by the First Lady of Rwanda at the Convention Centre (2019) which was supporting the fight against hepatitis C in Rwanda. Jules has also performed with Ghanian dancer Incredible Zigi in the event « New Year countdown » in the Kigali convention center.
