A free, transgressive, inventive and dreamy artist, he considers his works as laboratories of danced reflection to analyse our living conditions and the future of our existence.
Chito Ahmese wants to move the lines, to imagine other collective spaces, meetings, exchanges and sharing. His creations intersect with the ritual practices of his ethnic origin where dance has a strong value of social structuring.
"Dance to fight or destroy to build" is his mantra.
